Elbow

The elbow is the joint between the upper arm and the forearm, also called the art. cubitii. Various structures in and around the elbow help keep the joint stable and allow the elbow to move into many different positions. However, it is also possible to experience pain in the elbow. This can be bothersome, as you use your elbow during almost every arm movement.
