Kingmed Extra Thin Insoles for Arch and Forefoot Support

Do you need extra support under your feet but have limited space inside your shoes? The Kingmed Extra Thin Insoles combine firm, pre-shaped arch support with an exceptionally slim design. This makes them highly suitable for shoes where a thicker insole would quickly take up too much space.

The pre-shaped Renoflex support helps support the medial longitudinal arch and can help keep the foot in a more stable position while standing and walking. In addition, the insoles feature an orthopaedic teardrop-shaped metatarsal pad under the forefoot. This supports the transverse arch and may help distribute pressure more evenly across the forefoot.

This makes the insoles suitable for conditions such as a dropped forefoot, mild flat feet, overpronation and metatarsalgia. The soft Alcantara top layer provides comfortable contact with the foot.

Thanks to their extra thin profile, these insoles also fit well in many narrow, smart or tighter-fitting shoes.

Extra support for the forefoot

What sets these Kingmed insoles apart from many standard off-the-shelf insoles is the combination of firm arch support and a metatarsal pad.

This raised section sits behind the heads of the metatarsal bones and supports the transverse arch. This may help distribute pressure more evenly under the forefoot. This can be beneficial for complaints such as a dropped forefoot, metatarsalgia or tenderness around the metatarsal heads.

How to choose the correct size

To choose the correct size, simply use your normal EU shoe size. Select the size above that matches your shoe size. After receiving the insoles, you can trim the front if needed for a better fit. You can use the markings on the underside or use the original insole from your shoe as a template.

Place the Kingmed insoles preferably on a flat surface inside the shoe. If the existing insole is removable and there is not enough space, you can remove it first.
